Drawing on more than five decades of industry experience between them this was the vision of Kylie Nave and Vanessa Belford when they launched KV Conveyancing in 2019.

With more than three decades of experience as a Conveyancer Vanessa has a deep understanding of the process and how to make it as worry-free as possible for her clients.
Her expertise in the legal accounting field also means KV Conveyancing can advise lenders, borrowers and guarantors across a wide range of transactions. Vanessa places a high priority on communication throughout the process and her ‘no question is a silly question’ attitude has been a big part of her success.
Vanessa has two children and loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends, especially on visits to Stradbroke Island.
Jennifer has for many years engaged with clients in all aspects of legal work including conveyancing, commercial transactions, family law, criminal law, civil litigation, wills and estates and employment law.
Jennifer specializes in Family law specifically in both parenting and property matters. She has a Master’s Degree in Law including family dispute resolution.

A mother of three and a grandmother of one, Jennifer loves to spend time with her family and lives on her small hobby farm with lots of animals and birds.
